Our content

FootyTracks creates original music and content. All songs, recordings, lyrics, artwork, logos, and text on this Site are owned by FootyTracks or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws, unless stated otherwise. FootyTracks songs are original works and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any football club, player, league, or governing body. Player and club names are used for descriptive and commentary purposes only.

Fair use

Some FootyTracks content may include football imagery, clips, names, or footage that belong to their respective owners. Where such material appears, it is used for purposes such as commentary, criticism, news reporting, tribute, and transformative creative work. We believe this constitutes fair use (or fair dealing) under applicable copyright law. No infringement is intended, and all rights to that third-party material remain with their owners. If you are a rights holder and believe any content should be removed, contact us at hello@footytracks.com and we will respond promptly.

Using our music

You are welcome to use FootyTracks tracks in your own videos and football edits. Because our music is distributed on streaming platforms, uploading a video that uses our music may trigger an automatic Content ID claim. This is not a copyright strike and will not harm your channel; it simply allows ads to run on the video to support the music. Third-party content

The Site embeds and links to third-party services such as YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Music. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

Privacy Policy

We keep this simple and collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Email address: only if you choose to join our waitlist or newsletter. We use it to send you updates about FootyTracks and early access to new tools.
• Basic, privacy-friendly analytics: we use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate traffic such as page views and general location. It does not use tracking cookies and does not identify you personally.

We do not collect names, payment details, or sensitive personal information through this Site.

How we use it

We use your email only to contact you about FootyTracks. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Service providers

• Kit (ConvertKit) to manage email signups and send emails.
• Vercel to host the Site and provide aggregate analytics.
• Embedded players from YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Music, which may set their own cookies when you interact with them.
